This seems to be an unmentioned mechanic or possible bug for Rise Up Year 8 Season 1. Can auto revive when downed, sometimes it is delayed a few seconds just crawl around it might revive, using oxidizer like in the video it’s a freak show.
Ok I have figured it out, my prototype kneepads are the special sauce to this chain of auto revives, note you must be in a group. So it is possible to craft your own and get this effect possibly. These kneepads with a Refactor skill build Oxy/turret is what I am using, not sure if the rolls or augment has anything to do with anything. Included a couple photos of the kneepads with stats. They have worked since the first day I got them as a prototype drop.
