The Division 2 Chem Launcher + Prototype Augment Paradox
Check it out, you can test it yourself with just random prototype gear you might have with Paradox on them. Take note of his modifier setup Optimize/Overload, Saturate (Defense) , Invert (Offense), Saturate (Offense), stacks set to, 70,20,20. This allows you to overcharge more often.
