The Division 2 - Seasonal Stretch Event Aug 19 2025

If you play The Division 2 or have in the past this week is a seasonal xp boost, you can max yourself to 100 seasonal rank its not hard to do just play the game. The real cool part is Aug 19 2025 ‘stretch event’ starts, this is a never ending grind for the absolute best items in the entire game while event is active for a week. You get 10 extra levels aka stretch levels, each one with a reward, once all 10 have been collected it resets and you can do it all again for more chances.

Gear is raid drops, special one time drops, exotics, super rare named items, stuff locked behind long quest lines typically. This event bypasses all these requirements and allows you to get a long list of items with some luck aka rng involved. Highly recommend you do this now, level up seasonal xp so next week you can profit and get the absolute best items in the entire game,

They did this last season and it was amazing, I got one super rare item that was raid only. They added the most requested one time only drop items in this event this time making it even more enticing than last time. Now there is a grind aspect to this and it may take you lots of time to get what you want if you do, so many things something good will drop.

You need to have a character at level 40 to do this event though, the game does offer a boost to 40 if you buy/bought the Brooklyn expansion.

Update, this event has been a bit frustrating for many due to caches loot not proving the bonus roll. This bonus roll is where the good stuff can drop, I am at season level 302 and have gotten a few things but no raid drop or turmoil kneepads which are the most wanted items. So what is happening is people are going through long streaks of no bonus items when opening the cache, myself have seen over 20+ caches not having any bonus. It takes hours to get 20 caches, 4 full loops of 10 rewards to get 5 chances in each loop.

The devs announced that anyone who males it to 130 gets a guaranteed Lexington, and 150 gets Turmoil kneepads. This helped a bit but I wanted to still get a drop from the caches. My best item was a Ridways Pride chest which is mediocre after using. Anyway the event is still on going and I am just playing as normal but still check those caches.

Anyway hopefully they improve this in the future. This event has helped me get expertise to nearly 28 with all the extra resources, my SHD is approaching 6000 which is gaining fast. I was mid 2000 about three months ago on xbox, also playtime is near 2000 hours almost woah. I bought Helldivers 2 and have still ignored it even though it seems like a great game due to Div 2 grinding.
