Update so far the best I have gotten with the second iteration of this deck is Diamond 5, with better playing and maybe a few more tweaks it can be improved.

While building this deck in Wild format it has reached Diamond rank quickly and can probably hit legend.

Optional cards you can change:
Frost Lich Jaina, sometimes the cards are not coming out and this can sustain with the heal
Supernova, I use for when my hand is low of cards
Puzzlemaster Khadgar, rng but casts some helpful spells and puts a healthy minion on the board, use when nothing good to play

Strategy:
Try getting as many volatile cards early
Forge molten rune to get two spells and do 6 damage save as a finisher or in emergencies
Prioritize cloning volatile/sheep/poly spells using Educated Elekk, Rewind, and Commander Sivara
With a hand of spells discount using Siphon Mana, even killing your own volatile with 2 health
Use Objection secret mid game+ or when a quest minion is about to be played
Keep the board tied up with volatile sanctum freezing enemies and spawning a volatile
Kelthuzad The Inevitable best used when board clear and after you have spawned most or all volatiles
Try leaving as many two health minions on the board for the Deathborne aoe to spawn more volatiles
Use Fire Sale aoe when no other aoe is available, best used on board full of volatile to burst win, trade it
Kill your Educated Elekk after you have cloned at least 2 of any of these spells rewind/volatile/sheep
Try using blizzard for 3+ minions only and when elusive might be cast on them, setting up a Deathborne aoe
When Commander Sivara is added to hand prioritize casting three spells as volatile/sheep/rewind to get extra copies
If your opponent is out damaging you before you can spam volatiles clone some ice block secrets if needed

Opponents who play many low health minions are your easiest match generally, play smart.

Updated this deck to be more competitive and does even more volatile nukes. Diamond has been tougher on the older deck but this one is pushing forward.

Replaced 3 cards, the flow is improved, 2 cards give me more chances to increase volatiles or get helpful spells of my choosing, last one is immediate heal with big lifesteal minion. With this setup have seen a volatile nuke take out multiple minions and kill my opponent, even 40 health ones.

Recorded some of my games with this deck and see lots of player issues, lots of time I am not using my hero power and ending turn. One game three times it happened.
