When this game first came out I bought it and started with the training mode, went through a few rooms ok but directions were a bit vague. So get to this part where I have to split my group of officers into two red and blue. For some reason I could not get it to complete, looked up online if there was an issue and saw that it might have bugs. Now this was my first impression so not gonna lie I nerd raged, unistalled and for the first time ever on xbox asked for a refund which was approved in a couple minutes.

Thing is I have been looking for a game like this for years, I figure just wait a few months maybe a patch helps it out. So its now November 19 2025 and I decide to buy the base game again since it was on sale for 20% off. I immediately did training again and this time get through it, but am now thinking my previous issue was just a misunderstanding of commands. I do feel the command wheel and team color selector is a bit sloppy having no precise indicator if you have something actually selected.

So I finish training knowing this will take some practice, enter commander mode for a casual single player game. Now I do this first mission and the game really captures that new guy feeling on the job, what do I do exactly. It was a gas station encounter, I wont give away details but I am slowly doing this with my squad of 4 AI officers. Slowly figuring things out by doing them a few times, now some of the things in training happen all manually like evidence and reports which confuses me since the game is auto doing some of this stuff. Might be the difficulty setting.

Anyway I am doing this mission and wow look at that over and hour flies by, think I am near the end having a hard time figuring out what is left to do. Then game crashes, wow all my progress is lost I learn and a restart. Not sure how the save/progression system works but guessing it only saves if fully completed.. Now you might think I was gonna nerd rage again, but nope and this is because it was a ton of fun at a nice pace I liked.

Yea people tried to kill us, we shot at stuff, arrested criminals, issued commands out loud (this is somewhat addicting), and restrained a ton of people good and bad. The graphics aren't super Incredible especially for characters model faces, that can be over looked for good gameplay. Anyway decided I should practice more using quick play instead of the saved campaign format so thats what we are doing. I went ahead and upgraded the game to have the 3 DLC’s because there is something great about this game.

Look for more experiences soon below.

Tip, learned from YouTube when mission :’soft ends’ you can command squad to search and unlike during mission they will find all evidence more thoroughly. This is what keeps most missions not fully complete, missing evidence or detaining suspects.
I tried this technique mentioned above but was unsure what the actual command was in the moment.
Changed my loadout, added mods to guns had zero equipped on anything. First time doing this.

Fourth mission in main game,
For the first time used my tablet thingy with info and read the additional screens.
Went over all the data from pics, audio, to text, really immersed me into the mission
This one is about a talent agency with women and kids ran by an ex military man open 24/7.
Apparently he has a crew of unknown suspects inside too.
Starting mission…
As usual at the very start not sure where the actual location is.
They do have areas contained but immediately you wont know,
This is a photo studio setup, lots of kids pictures everywhere.
Actual writing on the walls like ‘Think of the money’.
Mission soft complete came up, went outside squad detained someone and it fully completed.
Apparently I didnt rescue a civilian may have even shot one as a decoy not sure.
So usually my squad does the shooting, but I took point and fired,
Maybe this is why the D rating my 2nd worse besides a F failure on earlier mission.
D rating 1775, killed a couple guys myself usually never do this.
Was over much quicker than expected.
End mission…
